USU Classes for USU Students

The Department of Physical Education at Utah State University offers a one-credit Aikido class each semester. The class begins on the first Friday afternoon of each semester in the USU HPER Building Room 211.

The class offers a basic overview of the Art of Aikido, including philosophy, self-defense techniques, breathing and falling safely. Students will have a chance to explore many aspects of Aikido.

Please wear loose fitting sports clothing that covers your knees and elbows and remove jewelry. Students with physical limitations can be accommodated.
